To ensure a small audience, the address of the show will be revealed after your ticket has been purchased. All Sub Rosa shows will take place in outdoor settings with ample space to social distance, highlighting the beauty of various scenic vistas around Alachua County.
Tickets are limited and nonrefundable.
This show is weather & public health dependent. If there is a severe spike in local coronavirus numbers, if local pandemic guidelines or regulations change, or if the forecast looks crappy, this show will be postponed.
About Sub Rosa
Sub Rosa is a show series of outdoor concerts and performances. Sub Rosa, Latin for "under the rose" is an ancient phrase meant to describe a secret meeting place marked by a rose. Sub Rosa is supported by the makers of Riverine Reunion, MusicGNV, the Alachua Conservation Trust, and a grant from the Alachua County Arts Council. It will take place in various secret outdoor locations around Alachua County beginning January of 2021. The series will emphasize safety with ticket caps on small audiences, pop up open-air generator shows, and a waiver binding all participants to practice 6 foot social distancing and wear masks throughout the show. Masks:
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to wear a mask throughout the entirety of this two-hour event. Attendees may move their mask aside for a few seconds to take a drink, but the mask must be replaced immediately after. Masks must be worn appropriately, covering both nose and mouth completely.*
Social Distancing:
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to keep six feet of social distance from anyone you do not currently live with. Families/partners/roommates/etc. already in a pod may sit together, but must keep a strict six foot minimum distance from all other attendees.*
*Anyone not following this mask and social distancing protocol will be asked to leave.
